Key Startup Precautions
Direction Check: Before installing the coupling or belt, verify the drive motor’s rotation direction. The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the drive end—reverse operation is strictly prohibited, as it may cause severe equipment damage and personal injury.
Flow Rate Protection: Avoid prolonged operation at low or zero flow. This can lead to excessive pump vibration, liquid vaporization, and potential safety hazards.
Power Safety: As a rotating equipment, always disconnect the power supply before installation or maintenance to prevent electric shock and personal injury.
Guard Safety: Never reach into or remove the protective cover during pump operation—serious personal injury may occur.
