Impeller for WRT AH Slurry pump
WRT does not refer to a single component, but an optimized design of a "wear-resistant flow passage assembly". It centers primarily on the impeller and front guard plate. By optimizing the hydraulic model, the slurry flow is made much smoother, thereby significantly reducing wear and improving efficiency. The blade shape, inlet angle, and outlet design of the WRT impeller (usually 4-blade) are all derived from precise computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis. The inner cavity curve of the WRT front guard plate is no longer a simple circular hole, but a specific curve that perfectly matches the inlet of the WRT impeller.
