We have advanced CFD design methods and three casting production lines. At present, casting production processes such as resin sand and film coated sand are used. In particular, the film coated sand process is the first in the industry. This process utilizes machine molds, integrated molding, combined with advanced automated casting equipment, which not only increases the output, but also makes the castings more high-quality in appearance and more stable in internal performance. The castings are smooth and clean. Good quality, high precision, and higher finished product efficiency. The annual output of high-chromium alloy pump parts in our factory reaches 12,000 tons, and a single piece can reach 15 tons.
