Standard Working Conditions

Spodumene / Lepidolite  |  Neutral-Alkaline Slurry  |  pH 6–10  |  Solid Particle ≤5 mm

High Chrome Cast Iron Cr26 / Cr28 (A05 Grade)
Preferred option, hardness HRC 58–62, outstanding abrasion resistance and impact resistance; ideal for grinding, classification and tailings transportation.

Rubber Lining (Natural Rubber / EPDM)
For medium-density slurry with fine particles ≤3 mm and operating temperature ≤80℃; superior wear and corrosion resistance with extended service life.

Acidic & Corrosive Conditions

pH < 4  |  Slurry Containing Cl⁻ / SO₄²⁻ Ions

Duplex Stainless Steel 2205 / 2507
Balanced acid corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance, applicable to acid leaching, solvent stripping and other highly corrosive slurry processes.

Silicon Carbide (SiC) Ceramic
Exceptional wear & corrosion resistance with Mohs hardness 9; suited for fine-particle highly corrosive slurry, not recommended for large-particle impact load.

UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene)
Excellent anti-corrosion property and low friction coefficient, designed for fine-grained acidic slurry.

Coarse Particle & Severe Abrasion Conditions

Particle Size > 5 mm  |  High Solid Concentration

High-Chrome Molybdenum Alloy (Cr26~28 with Molybdenum Additive)
Enhanced erosion resistance for gravity separation and coarse sand conveying service.

Ni-Hard Alloy
Good low-temperature toughness, comparable abrasion performance to high chrome iron with relatively higher cost.
