The AF series froth pump is a product developed by Ruite. Based on the experience research and the actual needs of customers we developed this AF series. It is warmly welcomed by China’s market and has brought good customer benefits. During operation, the foam and foam in the slurry can be effectively eliminated, and it can operate normally even when the feed slurry is insufficient, so it is an ideal choice for conveying foamed slurry, especially in the flotation process.

Overall performance and advantages of AF series foam pump

1. AF series bearing assemblies are the same as SP and SPR series bearing assemblies. The bearing sleeve is installed with a motor frame base or support plate, With the help of this design , the pump and the motor could be directly connected through a coupling or through a pulley and belts. The pulley can be easily replaced to adjust the speed of the pump to meet different operation conditions.
2. There are many options for the material of the feed tank, and there can also be a rubber coating with an overflow box and a tangential inlet. The former can transport the excess feed slurry back to its pit, while the latter can make the slurry quickly enter the pump body and make some of  the foam disappear
3. The pump head is of a double casing constitutes. According to the property of the slurry,  metal liner, rubber liner or other non-metallic materials are available for the wet parts.
4. The product structure is reasonable, the operation is reliable, and the service life of the system is long.
5.The AF series is developed with the help of the CFD CAD and CAE technologies, which help to better the hydraulic models and the efficiency rate of the pumping system

AF series foam pumps are widely used in metallurgical industry, mining industry, coal ore and chemical engineering fields, suitable for processing abrasive and corrosive slurries with foams.
